  • 1 to 2kg of goat meat
  • 3 tbsp. curry powder
  • 3 cloves of garlic (minced)

  • butter/oil 


Wash and pat dry the goat meat then season with salt and pepper. In a large pot with hot oil/butter, saute the goat until golden brown then add the curry powder. Mix it well for about 1-2 minutes then add the garlic, onion. Put enough water to cover the goat meat and bring to it boil then simmer until almost soft. Once almost soft, add the potatoes and wait until they softened. According to your taste, add more salt and pepper, and voila. Serve it while hot.
