Directions                  

Step 1:

The first step to prepare the Jamaican steam fish recipe is to rinse the fish and then rub with lemon. Now put the fish in a large saucepan and season it with ginger, thyme, black pepper, salt, and garlic. Now mix all the added ingredients well with the fish and keep it aside for 30 minutes in the fridge.
