Step 1:

Take a saucepan and add some oil in it and let it heat. Now start adding garlic, ginger, beef, ad wait till all the sides get brown.

Step 2:

Now stir in sherry and give seasoning of salt and pepper and cook for one minute more. After this add the beef stock.

Step 3:

Step 1:

In a cheesecloth bag, place the tea seasoning mix ingredients so that while serving, you can remove it.

Step 2:

On medium-high heat, stir ginger and garlic in a large pot until they become fragrant. After that, add soy sauce and hot bean pasta into it, then broth, and after that, add hot water.

Step 3:

In this step, add tea seasoning mix, carrots, sugar, and daikon. Let the soup boil. After it boils, turn the heat to low and simmer till carrots and daikon become tender. It takes approx. 40 to 45 minutes.
